Everything is customized to suit your needs.
There are many routes to take when approaching this unique wedding planning process. Each nuptial will have different needs from where they would like the yacht to host the party; how many guests they will need to accommodate; how they would like to set up their ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, etc. To put it simply, everything is customized accordingly.
Small intimate gatherings of 12 guests or less will have a straightforward planning process. Book a charter through your preferred charter broker, then count on us for the rest of your wedding needs.
For larger groups, there will be a systematic consultation to pin point the legal and logistical customizations first, then design a wedding around a yacht and shore-based location for accomodations and catering.
Working with a broker:
We work in conjunction with licensed charter brokers. They handle finding the perfect yacht to suit your needs, while we can focus purely on the wedding aspects. If you need to hire a broker, simply fill out our initial consultation form and we will be happy to recommend quality brokerages to get the process initiated.
Once we have a broker, we will know the itinerary, the boat size, and your included amenities, then we will be able to dive into your wedding details. For example, if you would like to have 100 people on board for a ceremony on the bow or helicopter pad, we will need to book a yacht that has the appropriate space. If a gym, spa, or dog-friendly yacht is important to you, your broker will have the tools and knowledge to book the perfect yacht at your price point.
